The red Quinua Real® grain comes from organic farming and it is characterized by its peculiar red colour. You can easily distinguish its extraordinary taste, which can remind you to the nuts taste. You can also notice it is a little bit more crunchy than the white or the black Quinua Real®. Even though, the red Quinua Real® has got the same nutritional properties and advantages of white and black, but in any case the red one will allow us to elaborate our plates in a more visual attracting and coloured way, inviting our sense and creativity.

How to use
