Funghi Porcini from Italy

Rocca was the first in Italy to produce products preserved in oil on an industrial scale. They offer quite a large assortment of stuffed specialties such as anchovy, capers, and stuffed olives.

Dried Porcini have a concentrated flavor and mushroom aroma that is excellent in Risotto, soups, and some amazing sauces.
