Our La Vera paprika (with Denomination of Origin) is one of the most precious and exclusive spices that exist. The prime material from which it is made, is dried peppers of the Ocales and Jaranda grown in the La Vera region in eastern Spain. Highly valued for its indescribable flavour, Safinter offers it in three forms, according to the varieties of pepper used: sweet, sweet and sour, and hot.
A condiment that stands out for its distinctive smoky flavour, which comes from an artisanal drying process with oak branches. Grinding is performed on the region’s traditional stone mills. An authentic delicacy with which to season the best recipes.
Safinter takes peppers grown in the La Vera region in Spain and slowly dries them under Holm oak wood, an elaborate process that involves turning each pepper by hand until perfection is achieved. Try this hot paprika on any dish!
