Organic Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Italy

While balsamic vinegar does not go bad. The high acid liquid environment is inhospitable to bacterial growth, so a bottle can last indefinitely when stored properly. 

This is the only organic balsamic vinegar that we can source in Hong Kong that doesn't contain any suplphite chemical. Hope you like it.

Ingredient: wine vinegar, concentrated grape must 6% (contains sulphite naturally)
